Here you will find a variety of photos, videos and podcasts that will give you some insights into lives of the youth of the Bokamoso Youth Center in Wintervelt, South Africa.
Bokamoso means “future” in Tswana, one of the 11 national languages of South Africa, and the participants at the center are certainly some of South Africa’s finest examples of dedication, talent, passion and drive. All of the photographs, stories, videos and interviews found on this site were collected over the Summer of 2011 on our trip to Winterfeldt and the Bokamoso Youth Center as well as on the Bokamoso Youth’s subsequent trip to the US in the Winter of 2012.
